How do i know my order is shipped?
Go to your closetmino account and check order history. "Fulfilled" status means order already shipped. While "Unfulfilled" means parcel not yet shipped.
How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
We will process your order within 24 hours and ship your order out within 1-2 working days, except for item(s) under BACKORDER.
If your order consists of both ready stock and backorder items, whole order will be shipped upon backorder item/s arrivals.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be provided by email once shipped.
