Backorder (BO) T&C

1. Backorders (BO) are not ready stocks, and opened for high demand sold out items only. Only limited slots available and advance payment is required to secure your slots.

2. Estimated time of arrivals (ETA) is difference for each item and it’s stated clearly in product details. The ETA stated referring to the stock arriving our warehouse. Parcels will be shipped within 2-3 working days after the stated ETA.

3. Backorder might delay due to shipment delay or fabrication delay. We apologise on every unforeseen circumstances, no cancellation and refund is allowed.

4. Kindly refer to the backorder status update below. No emails will be sent for backorder delay update unless backorder is cancelled.

5. Backorder might be cancelled due to lack of fabric or insufficient stock arrived. Refund in cash term / store credit term is available in this case. 

6. If your order consists of both ready stock and backorder items, whole order will be shipped upon backorder item/s arrivals. If you wish your ready stock to be shipped first, kindly email [email protected] for further arrangement, a dditional postage charges may apply and will be advised via email.

7. Backorders are fabricated in different batches, kindly allow some discrepancy in terms of color, fabric and measurements. You will be notified through email if any major changes in colors / cutting / fabric / measurement. In such cases, exchange design or refund in store credit is allowed, strictly no cash refund.
