  • Payment status: Paid - your payment is confirmed
  • Payment status: Pending - unpaid order, kindly click the order number and find "PAY" button to complete payment.
  • Fulfilment status: Unfulfilled - Parcel not yet posted
  • Fulfilment status: Fulfilled - Parcel already posted

How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
